日余处理的数据
- 预算和财务记录：计划收入、额外收入、固定支出、日常支出、分类、备注及日期。
- 协作资料：你主动设置的显示名称、共享预算成员和共享状态。
- 订阅状态：Apple 提供的产品标识、订阅有效状态和到期时间。日余无法取得你的银行卡号或完整 Apple 账户付款资料。
- 支付截图和文字：你通过快捷指令主动提供截图或文字时，日余使用 Apple Vision 在设备上识别内容。原始截图和完整识别文本不会上传给日余运营者，也不会作为图片保存在日余中；确认后的金额、商户备注和日期可按你的操作保存为支出记录。
- 设备内设置：iCloud 同步开关、当前预算选择和用于避免重复记录的随机安装标识。
数据存储与同步
数据默认保存在你的设备上。开启 iCloud 同步后，预算数据存储在你 Apple 账户的 CloudKit 私有数据库中；日余运营者无法通过开发者后台查看该私有数据库内容。你主动邀请他人协作时，共享预算会进入 CloudKit 共享数据库，并对你授权的参与者可见和可编辑。
Widget 所需的预算摘要保存在日余与 Widget 专用的 App Group 文件中，并使用 iOS 数据保护。该文件不会发送给日余运营者。
Apple 对 iCloud、App Store 和订阅交易的处理适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策和服务条款。
数据用途与共享
日余仅为以下功能处理数据：计算预算、显示历史记录、识别支付信息、跨设备同步、向你选择的成员共享预算、提供 Widget 和验证订阅权益。
除你主动邀请的共享预算成员以及提供 iCloud 和 App Store 服务所必需的 Apple 服务外，日余不会向第三方披露你的数据。日余不进行跨 App 跟踪、定向广告或数据经纪活动。
保存、导出与删除
数据会一直保留在你的设备或 iCloud 中，直到你删除具体记录、删除全部数据、停止共享、退出共享，或通过 Apple 的 iCloud 数据管理功能删除相关数据。
你可以在“设置 → 数据与隐私”中：
- 导出日余可访问的个人和共享预算数据为 JSON 文件；
- 删除全部数据。若你是共享所有者，日余会先停止共享；若你是参与者，日余会先退出共享，然后删除本地及个人 CloudKit 数据并建立空预算。
iCloud 删除需要网络和 CloudKit 完成同步，可能不会立即反映在其他离线设备上。若共享关系或 iCloud 服务暂时不可用，日余会提示你重试，不会把未完成的操作描述为已经完成。
删除 App 本身不一定删除已同步到 iCloud 的数据，请优先使用 App 内“删除全部数据”。
你的权利
你可以在 App 内查看、更正、导出或删除数据，也可以关闭 iCloud 同步或管理共享成员。对访问、更正、删除、撤回同意或其他隐私问题，可发送邮件至 support@riyu.tandio.cn。我们会在适用法律要求的期限内处理。
未成年人
日余不是专门面向未满 14 周岁未成年人的产品，也不要求创建日余账户。监护人如认为未成年人通过日余处理了不适当的信息，可通过上述邮箱联系我们。
安全
日余使用 iOS App Sandbox、数据保护、CloudKit 访问控制和 StoreKit 交易验证保护数据。任何安全措施都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护设备密码和 Apple 账户。
政策更新
如功能或法律要求发生变化，我们会更新本政策、生效日期及 App Store 隐私信息。重大变化会通过 App 更新说明或 App 内适当方式告知。

Data Riyu Processes
Riyu processes budget and financial records, a display name and collaboration state that you choose to provide, Apple subscription status, and local app settings. Payment screenshots or text that you explicitly pass to a Shortcut are recognized on-device with Apple Vision. Original screenshots and full recognized text are not uploaded to the operator or retained as images by Riyu.
Storage and Sharing
Data is stored on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, budget data is stored in your Apple account's private CloudKit database, which the operator cannot inspect through the developer portal. When you invite someone, the selected budget becomes available to participants through CloudKit sharing. Apple's own policies apply to iCloud and App Store transactions.
Use, Retention, Export, and Deletion
Riyu uses data only to provide budgeting, history, on-device recognition, synchronization, collaboration, widgets, and subscription entitlement features. Data remains until you delete records or use Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete All Data. You can export accessible budget data as JSON from the same section. Cloud deletions require network access and may take time to reach offline devices.
Deleting the app does not necessarily remove data already synchronized to iCloud. Use the in-app deletion control first.
Your Choices and Contact
You can view, correct, export, or delete data in the app, disable iCloud Sync, and manage sharing. Contact support@riyu.tandio.cn for privacy requests. Riyu is not designed specifically for children under 14.
Security and Updates
Riyu uses the iOS App Sandbox, data protection, CloudKit access control, and StoreKit transaction verification. We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change.
