数据保存、同步与删除
数据保存在哪里？
数据默认保存在设备上。开启“设置 → iCloud 同步”后，数据还会同步到你 Apple 账户的 CloudKit 私有数据库。日余没有自建账户或自建数据服务器。
如何导出或删除数据？
打开“设置 → 数据与隐私”，选择“导出我的数据”或“删除全部数据”。删除共享预算时，所有者会先停止共享，参与者会先退出共享。
为什么更改 iCloud 同步后需要重新打开 App？
日余会在下次启动时按新的同步设置重新加载数据存储，以避免在运行中切换存储造成数据损坏。
试用、永久解锁与协作订阅
一个月试用会自动收费吗？
不会。你需要在 App 内主动开始一个月免费试用。试用不会续期，也不会自动转为付费。试用结束后仍可查看、同步、导出或删除数据；继续新增和编辑需要你主动购买永久解锁。
如何恢复永久解锁？
打开“设置 → 购买与支持 → 日余永久解锁”，选择“恢复购买”。永久解锁与协作月订阅是两个独立产品。
如何恢复或取消协作订阅？
在协作订阅页面选择“恢复购买”，或选择“管理订阅”进入 Apple 的订阅管理页面。付款、退款、试用资格和取消由 Apple 处理。
支付截图与快捷指令
通过快捷指令提供的支付截图使用 Apple Vision 在设备端识别，不会上传给日余运营者。只有经过你确认的金额、商户备注和日期等信息才会保存为支出记录。
隐私与安全
日余不经营广告业务，不使用第三方分析或跟踪 SDK，也不会出售个人信息。有关数据处理、CloudKit 共享、保存期限和你的权利，请阅读完整隐私政策。

Contact Support
Email us with your device model, iOS version, Riyu version, reproduction steps, and any error message. Do not send card numbers, Apple Account passwords, complete payment credentials, or screenshots containing real financial information.
Data, Sync, Export, and Deletion
Data is stored on your device. When iCloud Sync is enabled, it is also synchronized to your Apple account's private CloudKit database. To export or delete your data, open Settings → Data & Privacy. Owners stop sharing before deleting a shared budget; participants leave the share first.
Trial and Purchases
The one-month core trial starts only when you choose to begin it. It does not renew or convert to a paid purchase. To restore the lifetime unlock, open Settings → Purchases & Support → Riyu Lifetime Unlock and choose Restore Purchases. The lifetime unlock and collaboration subscription are separate products.
Restore or manage the collaboration subscription from its purchase screen. Apple handles billing, refunds, trial eligibility, and cancellation.

Screenshots passed through Shortcuts are recognized on-device with Apple Vision and are not uploaded to the operator. Read the Riyu Privacy Policy for full details.
